Gary Reynolds, Principal
Mr. Reynolds, a Colorado native, has five years of experience working with lenders and assessing their environmental consulting needs and 29 years of sales and marketing experience building and maintaining client relationships. Mr. Reynolds has focused his environmental due diligence career on providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related due diligence services for U.S. Small Business Administration lenders, Telecom Companies, and Commercial Lenders. By working with various SBA District Councils as well as having strong relationships with Private Council for NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) and NADCO (National Association of Development Companies) along with many other state organizations, Mr. Reynolds is a valuable resource for interpreting the current SBA Standard Operating Procedure Environmental Requirements for clients nationally. Tim Casey, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Casey has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate due diligence consulting. He has significant experience in commercial real estate due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and in the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae DUS, and customized client formats. Specifically, Mr. Casey has worked on numerous projects performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Physical Needs Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Transaction Screens, Construction Progress Monitoring, American with Disability Act (ADA) Compliance Studies, Seismic Evaluations in the way of Probable Maximum Loss Assessments (PMLs), Asbestos Surveys, Lead-based Paint Surveys, Radon Sampling, Lead-in-water Sampling and Analysis, and Preliminary Site Feasibility Analysis. His experience with numerous national and regional Lenders, Real Estate Investors, Investment Banks, Realty Companies, Credit Corporations, Insurance Companies, Mortgage Banks, Real Estate Advisors/Pension Funds, REITS, Owner/Developers, Contractors and Commercial Brokers, on various types of real estate transactions and developments including multi-family residential, industrial and commercial projects has given him a well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions and development.
Richard Morgan, Project Manager
Mr. Morgan, a Colorado-Certified Asbestos Inspector, has 7 years of experience in the environmental and engineering services industries. He has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. Specifically, Mr. Morgan has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens, Phase II and III Subsurface Investigations, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Probable Maximum Loss assessments, Asbestos Surveys, Lead-based Paint Surveys, Radon Studies, and Lead-in-water sampling and analysis. Mr. Morgan has also provided interface with regulatory agencies and provided regulatory compliance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety (CDLE, OPS), as well as numerous other local and state government agencies.
Gregory B. Harris, Project Manager
Mr. Harris has 14 years of experience in the environmental, engineering and industrial hygiene service industries. He has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. Mr. Harris has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs and III Subsurface Investigations, Remediation Design Projects, Asbestos Surveys, Lead-based Paint Surveys, Hazardous Materials Surveys, Radon Studies, Mold Assessments, and Lead-in-water sampling and analysis.
Andrew Zemke, Staff Scientist II
Mr. Zemke, a Denver Colorado resident, has four years of experience in the environmental service industry. He has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. Specifically, Mr. Zemke has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens (ETSs) and limited Phase II Subsurface Investigations.
